Census Bureau: 68.1% of people in Davis County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 358,831 citizens living in Davis County in 2021, 68.1% were old enough to vote, equating to 244,458 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 122,650 were male, constituting 50.2%, and 121,808 were female, making up 49.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Davis County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 70.7%.
